It has been a busy week, so my response is late. There are 2 3/8" and 2 3/4" (6cm and 7cm) big holes on this dressing
As it turns out, the opening runs down the center along its There is an opening at the end if you bend it slightly. Once you have all four sides off, you can peel one at a time. If you need a hole in the middle, then fold it in half again, then in half again, like an upside down triangle, then trim a small piece of the corner tip off. Open it up, and you'll see a hole in the middle. Wishing you the best of luck.

My order of these has been repeated several times, but this last box every other one appears to stick to the peel paper, preventing application to the affected area without folding inwards. This order is a fluke and hopefully the next four orders will be as reliable as the first 4.

The contact detachment on our 21-month-old's insulin pump is held in place by these to prevent her from pulling it out. Her skin does not seem to be irritated and they hold up well. Our company gets our supplies from a different company, but we get them this way at a lower cost.
It's such a great product! Omnipod insulin pumps allow me to use pods to deliver insulin to my body, but I find the pods too sticky and irritating when I put them on. These are the first things I put on, and they worked great!.
