Product Description

The bandage is sterile, suitable for direct pressure application. It has a simple application that is easy to remember under combat/survival conditions. It does not contain pressure bars or hooks to reduce the use of fine motor skills in applying the bandage.

I am glad to I've never used one of these in real life, but they are sure handy to have on hand. There is a video on YouTube showing you how to deploy these, if you are not sure how to do so.

It is of great quality

The products available from North American Rescue are excellent. An IFAK kit would be incomplete without this. Although I haven't actually been faced with one of these in the real world, I have witnessed a simulated environment in which it has been helpful. I am happy I purchased it because it lives up to the hype my field medic friends talked.

Trauma dressing six inches in diameter

The size of this dressing is ideal for when a large Israeli style bandage might not be appropriate, and a pressure foot is not necessary, you can simply turn the dressing.

This is an essential item for every first aid kit

In any trauma or first aid kit, this product would be great. There are instructions on the back so you can learn how to use it. It is flat and easy to store. It is a great place to purchase from and is totally dependable.
