This can be used as a barrier between the skin and splints, braces, or casts, helping the skin to breathe

Is it possible for the material to dry out if ?

The cotton is dry, and I have found that it resists liquid, coming in handy for lymphodema patients.

Can this be worn under a brace on the knee?

You can use it pretty much however you want. This product was used under a half cast that had to be changed daily so that it could effectively absorb the dressings.

I like it because it's comfortable and it doesn't Good padding, exactly as you said. My lymphedema padding was received so quickly. I trimmed it and used it for lymphedema. I have no problems with it.

A number of pieces were missing from the product upon arrival. In addition, the condition of the supplies felt unsanitary, especially since they appeared to be medical supplies. Sorry to hear that.
