The white one is synthetic, and the beige/tan one is cotton, as we can see when you magnify the picture. If you search for "stockinette synthetic", you can order it. It is more breathable to use cotton. The effects of sweating are less pronounced.

I suffered a childhood injury to my knee that sometimes requires No matter how nice the brace may look, it is made of synthetic material, and its parts are scratchy, and every movement of my leg is irritating (yes, I'm very sensitive, but so are a lot of My repetitive stress injury flares up periodically, which is related to the long ago injury. I have no problem with this brand it is half the price of similar products and it feels smooth under the brace. I have probably purchased more than enough to last me a lifetime. That's what I love about.

The product I ordered was terrible, especially since I need it under a knee brace that has a scratchy seam on I also do not like that it is too wide, expands into a useless sack, and does not bounce back

When I pull the brace on it is already stretched out too far and I am unable to pull it over my leg, it just sits on.
