These L's were purchased in twos. After undergoing R CTR surgery, this sleeve allows me to use my hand more freely because it protects and cushions the sensitive scar area. Hand-wash in cold water and hang to dry. The fabric is a little worn, pilly and soiled, but the gel part still works perfectly.

The product arrived ahead of schedule. My scar is protected by this product, but it is a little flimsy. Although the sleeve material is soft, it will not last long.

This is a complete waste of money. I had surgery on both hands, and when it was time to return to work, I purchased these for hand support. What a colossal squandering of resources. Worst of all, there are no guarantees. So $50. 00 down the drain for a product that doesn't even work or provide support; the fabric is thin, and the "gel" is useless! I only gave it one star because that's how you start a rating. This isn't something you should buy.

The other brand of sleeve that the pharmacy had would not fit a size Large, but this SILIPOS sleeve did. The pad is extremely comfortable, and it is also assisting in the reduction of my scar tissue. Another great feature of this sleeve is that it can be chilled for cold therapy. I'm glad I bought the left hand as well, because I have surgery scheduled for the other hand later this month, and I'm relieved I'll be able to get relief right away once my gel sleeve stitches come out.
