Only one is included in the package, and it is extremely comfortable.
I wear mine several times and always wear them over a clean cami or tank top. I wash them after a few uses. They take a long time to fully dry.

After Liposuction, I purchased this foam to cushion my faja. It's comfortable; there's a little more compression than usual, but it's manageable. I needed to order more so that I could share them with my mother, who was also undergoing treatment.
Works in the manner described. It's comfortable and will undoubtedly assist with insition.
As was to be expected. For foam, it's a little on the expensive side.
This foam pad is a dream come true for me. Excellent for abdominal plastic surgery after surgery. I got mine in a flash, and I really like the dark plastic bag it came in. It will shield the foam from light and, I believe, will prevent the foam from yellowing.
Recommend it if you've had liposuction.
The fabric was torn when it arrived.
