It appears to be a descent over brace, similar to other baby braces I've used in the past; I'm only docking stars for the clearly intentionally misleading pictures that would lead anyone who doesn't read the description to believe you get two. br>The seller is well aware that they are doing so on purpose, and many people will mistakenly believe they are receiving two. (I assumed I'd get one based on the description) You get one for the price.
