I'll admit that I didn't intend for these to be used in any kind of scientific or laboratory setting. There are three types of cooking that I do that necessitate a greater quantity of seasoning ingredients than others. Mexican, Indian, and Moroccan are the three countries represented. These make it easier for me to keep everything separated until I need it, especially when I'm making chicken tikka masala or any other recipe that calls for just about every spice known to man in East Indian cuisine. I also like how bendable they are; it makes it easier for me to transfer ingredients to my mixing bowl or pan. So far, I'm enjoying them and would recommend them (at least for cooking and baking).
