A cap will not be included with this bottle. Purchasing the additional items is frustrating, but you must buy them separately. Amazon is a good place to get them. It's better to buy a set of 4 rather than just one because one is more expensive. But to answer your question, there is no liner and there is no need for one. I don't know how much they cost. I bought four of them here without doing my research beforehand, and it turns out they are expensive at $18 each.
