The tips began to bend out of shape after only a few uses. When you hold something too tightly, like a teeny tiny bead, the tips begin to bend outwards. The metal is extremely malleable - You won't be able to regain your shape. I wish I had purchased something different. However, the shipping was extremely quick, earning five stars.
These forceps were purchased to work on the locomotives and rolling stock of my n scale model train locomotives. When it comes to repairs or replacements, the component parts of these models are extremely small, necessitating the use of very fine tools. The forceps from Scientific Labwares are well-made and provide the level of precision that I require in my hobby.
To get food out of my Cockatiiel's nostrils, I used exactly what I needed.
I'm a quilter, and I've discovered that picking the lent out of the feed dogs every bobbin change prevents the lent from building up.
Picking up and transferring small items has never been easier. They're well-made, and the tips all match up, so I'd order them again if I needed them.
I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM BECAUSE I'VE ONLY HAD THEM FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND THEY DO NOT WORK. SCRATCHY.
These were used to start a garden early with very small seeds. This application suited it perfectly. Very well made and precise.
