This is a perfectly flat and sturdy piece, yes.

Is there a seatbelt fastener on this stretcher?

A seat belt fastener is not present in this car. Then I would like it to. Handling is limited to the places along the sides of the package. Despite this, I would wear none-slip gloves if I had to carry someone.

The product is good, but the price is too high

This is a nice product. It is lightweight (aluminum) and sturdy. But I'm sad to learn that this orange canvas is not removable and can therefore not be washed to preserve or replace it In addition, the item did not come with a bag, which would have been helpful.
