This is my first review and second review 3 months apart
3/5

I have attempted to edit this twice, and I would like to say that although I wasn't satisfied with the product I received, Abraham and his team at Tiger Supplies made things right without my asking, and I was grateful for that. The three chairs are still being used by me. * The original review is as follows I ordered 3 chairs because the price was too good to pass up. They were as advertised. The chair was made in China, and a few parts must still be present, as it was missing some pretty important parts. My guess is that a few of the screws fell out during shipping because the boxes arrived with holes all over them. There was a problem with the packaging the screws came in, because two out of the three packages were missing pieces. The leg without eyelets also did not have an eyelet. It was so hard to assemble that it was impossible. There will be a return! The most challenging part of putting together these was putting them together for a guy who can pretty much do anything. The holes weren't lined up, the screws were crappy, and there were no holes even cut out for the armrest screws. The best advice I can give you is to pay the difference and get something worth your while. Your happiness will be greater if you do. You should absolutely take the risk if you have the time to send the card back and wait for another one to arrive. The product is a waste of money.

This project is a nightmare to put together
3/5

In the instructions, it says washers are A hardware package cannot be opened because it is vacuum sealed. A standard Allen wrench works well, but in some cases the small space makes it impossible to turn the tool by more than a few degrees, so it must be reset numerous times. Instead of all holes being predrilled, this model has some adjustable sliding holes, which means that after you tighten things, you then have to undo and redo to make the seat fit correctly. The metal supports of a seat sometimes direct screws into certain holes when in fact they should go in a different hole. You will run out of medium screws halfway through assembly if you count how many medium screws it requires as opposed to the large and small screws you received in the hardware packet. There will be a great number of large screws left after that, so in many cases, it is possible to use the large screws in place of The seat frame will need to be aligned with the seat itself with the use of a hammer, and everything will need to be retightened. Once assembled, a solid chair, but it takes hours to assemble, then loosen, then assemble some more, just to keep loosening the screws to keep realigning. All in all, the only way to get the metal back rest brackets to fit on top of the back rest itself was to buy four additional screws longer than those that came with the hardware kit. Additionally, there is no phone number or other way to get in touch with the brochure. The chair is solid when done, however, be warned you will be left shrieking in frustration when it comes time to assemble it.

You should beware! The chair you are considering is not a good choice
3/5

It is an AdirMed Padded Blood Drawing Chair that we bought. In the first shipment, a damage occurred during shipment and shipping was not paid for. Although the box was in good condition, the chair inside appeared to be worn and scratched. A new one was provided by the seller. After we received it, the one we received broke after about a month. There are two knobs that are damaged and need to be replaced During blood drawing, we are not allowed to raise or lower our arms. In our local hardware store, we bought 2 replacement knobs to replace those that were damaged. It is impossible to screw them in far enough for us to make them work because they are of such poor quality. Our efforts to reach out to the seller failed, and they cannot refund the purchase since it has passed They are not a good seller, and their product is below average.

We only allow 250 lbs of weight, not 400 lbs The chair arrived on time and was a bit difficult to put together, but overall not bad
3/5

Also, it was missing the washers that are needed for assembly. The quality of the chair is good once it's assembled. It is complaint that the description states that the chair is capable of withstanding 400 lbs of weight, yet the sticker on the chair shows a 250 pound weight limit. A large discrepancy is evident here and when communicating with the seller, we have just been told that they will forward our concern It has been more than a week since we heard There's just need to keep in mind, the listing is misleading in the product description and the seller does not respond to questions or concerns.

I am very disappointed with this product. It is difficult to open and assemble the chair because of misaligned holes. This product is not satisfactory to me and I would like to return it or at least exchange it.

I am missing some parts
3/5

Drilled incorrectly on some parts. A total of two chairs has been ordered. The two chairs were missing washers, but our Facilities people were able to replace them with washers on hand.
One chair had parts that were drilled incorrectly, making it impossible to repair. In spite of repeated requests, the company did not respond. In order to be able to use the chair, someone had to drill the holes correctly.
