I could not open the box because it was badly torn open. I'm sure someone tried to tape the box together, but it was so thin that the UPS driver had to pick up pieces on the way to my living room from his truck. Missing screws and a tear in the cushion make the chair unusable. I tried to add a picture but I couldn't get it.
When the chair arrived, it was in a damaged box, that had been taped, so I was surprised that there was no damage to the chair. Assembling it was fairly straightforward, as there were only 2 screws on the back with a wrench key. It is quite tedious to slide the tray in, and if you observe the photo I uploaded, if you hang the tray on the side, there is no clearance between the tray and the floor, so when you move the chair with the tray hanging, you will scratch the tray and A chair has 4 casters (wheels), but only the rear ones turn. Sometimes, the wheels don't align well when the chair is moved, which makes it difficult to maneuver or turn it. I believe that this chair has good quality, is easy to recline, and a few minor In my opinion, this chair remains a good choice.
Very nice chair, but it is difficult to recline. The footrest is angled too far back under the chair. We had to use 2 people to recline the bed because the patient is not able to assist. The bed is fantastic once it's in a relaxed position.
I like your product, but you have to be careful - Small plastic parts are broken in the packaging, leaving you without use of the chair until they are replaced. The packaging is not as good as it could be, resulting in broken plastic parts. We have not received the promised repair parts two and a half months after the contract was signed. As long as the parts don't show up, this is a costly floor ornament.
Having difficulty operating the chair. The wheels in the back only turn for a short period of time and then the wheels in the front stop turning. You need at least two people to recline and stand back up. It does not sit upright in the upright position.
It's more comfortable than a regular one.
There is a very hard headrest on it and it is difficult to recline.
So much tape was used to tape up the package. Parts of the machine were broken as well.
