The number is RU452919BX, not RU452519BX, as stated in your question. I'm not sure where the "BX" comes from; it's not part of the Teleflex part number, at least. In any case, the answer is no, extension tubing is not included.
No, these do not include tubing.

This is the ideal bag for my father, who is in his eighties. It's simple to empty thanks to the pull tab on the bottom.
Excellent product that is simple to operate and maintain.
Twist valves aren't nearly as good!.
It's a nice bag, and I like how flexible the hose is.
My handicapped daughter didn't want anyone to see her urine in the bag, so I bought this urinary bag for her. Hers hangs from her wheelchair, and the other side is white, which we face forward when we're out in public. It's a fantastic product because it's both simple to use and tough.
In line with expectations.
For 48 bags, I spent $78. There was only ONE bag delivered. Returned.
This bag is very similar to the Bard 19oz disposable bag. Flip-flops in the bag Valve for regulating flow. On both brands, the valve flips down to open and up to close, and it is nearly identical. In comparison to the all-clear Bard brand bag, the Rusch brand has a white back and a clear front. Both have lasted as long as I've owned them. It all boils down to cost and whether or not you care about the white back. The top and bottom of the Rusch bag are slightly tapered, giving it a smaller appearance.
