Questions & Answers
I'm not sure what size the plug is, but it's tapered and ridged. It should fit snugly into any catheter tube of any size.
The catheter is securely plugged, so you don't have to worry about it draining while you're swimming.
Put the plug in the freezer for a few minutes to see if it will come apart, or try twisting the two pieces apart. I'll keep an eye out for a response from you in the future.
Yes. It ought to function properly.

This occasionally resulted in me becoming tangled up in my custom-made clothing. removing the straps from my catheter bag, or length tubing I'd have to switch to my night bag from time to time because some of my leg bags are flocked and getting wet isn't fun. br>br>Now I can plug this in, take a shower, dry off, and put on my skivvies without having to fight with the bag and hose, then lock my bag in place, and get on with my business. So far, it's stayed put with no issues. However, instead of using screws, I'm thinking about using flip lock fittings. There are times when it's nice to be without a bag, and I'd like to reclaim my bladder capacity.
After the first one I bought vanished (I'm not sure if it was the housekeeper or the cats, but it's most likely the cats), I just ordered a few more of these. br>br>The plug is great for late-night trips to the bathroom, showers, and letting someone else (me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; me; When the night bag fills up, my wife (who has a bionic bladder) empties it. The cap protects the plug when it is not in use, but it is a little difficult to remove.
Does a good job. It seals well.
If you use a foley catheter, you'll appreciate how useful this device is.
Even with tape to help, the product would not stay put as a cap on a 12fr catheter.
It didn't fall out after ten days of use. It worked perfectly.
This cath plug is very basic. There is no cover for this release. After each use, I'll most likely have to store it in alcohol or discard it.
It isn't compatible with all foley catheter ends.
