I've been looking for something like this for a long time. My husband had been using a regular non-silicon leg catheter holding strap, which was much less expensive, but it would constantly slip down on his leg, causing problems when his catheter was pulling against his body. He's been wearing it for a few days and is very pleased with how well it stays in place with no slippage. I intend to place two more orders. The added expense is well worth it.
For my father, I ordered a variety of leg straps, and he claims that this one is the most comfortable for him to sleep in. He claimed that the others were all pinchy or constantly slipping down.
