Is it possible to sanitize and reuse this, and if so, how should it be done?

Yes, I rinse it after each use and then soak it for 30 minutes in a 50/50 vinegar/water solution. I keep it for 30 days and then throw it away. I hope this information is useful.br>Dianne

Because the photo shows two packages AND says "one each," I was expecting two adapters. Only one was sent to me. The image is not accurate.
