Despite being asked by Medline, they only sent me the top half of the walker, and not the adjustable sending tubes which would have made it taller. called the middle person and she tried to get them for me Medline told me that they do not come with the unit, despite the ad stating that they were On the third contact with the middle person, Medline sent me the rubber bottom caps for the extension tubes, which is not what I was looking for. The person on the other end of the line ignored my calls when I tried calling again. If you deal with this agent, or with Medline, please be aware of these factors. I found out the hard way that you won't get what you ordered, so that would be a total waste of time and money!! I had to do this, the hard way, thus, now I have to look elsewhere, and find another walker that is You are in my thoughts!.
We purchased this product for use in the classroom. It was easy to use and satisfied our needs. I found the handle and stability of it to be excellent. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with the.
My shower is so much easier to get out of with this and it helps me get out quickly. The structure is very sturdy and is very easy to maneuver.
I really like how well it works.
Easy to use, lightweight, and durable. A basket for the front is also available for the bag.
I bought this and the wheels on my husband's physical therapist's recommendation. The wheels were a perfect fit. The folding feature is great and has been very useful for me. I would definitely buy again and recommend it to others.
My back surgery led to the purchase of this walker, and I used it every step from that point on. The shoes were lightweight and were easy to maneuver since they had tennis balls on the front feet, which allowed them to slide on different surfaces (rugs, hard floors, paved roads). There was one major flaw in the walker originally, and that is the hard foam hand grips. After a few minutes, my hands became raw and red. there is a cheap solution that I came up with. It is a small piece of black pipe insulation similar to the one in the picture.
A few pieces were missing, so we had to return it.
