An order was placed for a type of wheel recommended by the company. My husband is an architect, so I would NOT be able to remove the wheels without his help. It took him a while to drill them out and replace them with new screws and nuts. There is nothing right about this! It's not a good idea to sell this walker with the idea that the wheels can be replaced. If the company responds to me and provides me with a refund, I will be grateful. It is imperative that they reengineer and not falsify their advertising.

An additional significant factor is that the walker is constructed out of lighter material. Because everything is made out of tubes which have irregular shapes, it is almost impossible to modify the extensions on the handles. contacted the manufacturer, and they stated that there was nothing they could do about it. In my opinion, this walker is OK for shorter individuals (but I recommend getting the swivel wheels upgrades because the skids are rough against the flooring. I initially received the wrong cooler, and since my parents live in a rural area, I wasn't sure how I should proceed with their purchase. Fortunately I reordered the blue one after my family friend bought the purple one. Now it is finished and Dad loves it. Also, a friend's uncle ordered one and says he now has the freedom to reorient the furniture in the house every night without having to move anything around.
