What is the cost of this item if it comes with one in a pack, or if it comes as two? In the list it says one each - but that seems a bit vague. ?

Each pair comes in a separate package. The number two is written on the box, so I went on the Internet and magnified the print.

Is the round bottom piece the same diameter as the round top ?

It was about a year ago that I got them for my mom's walker. Based on what I have seen, I would rate them as 1 1/3 to 1 One and a half inches

I like how these don't sound loud and they look nice. It is possible to find golf ball types that are somewhat quieter, but you may not like the way.
