Questions & Answers

Do you have the ability to adjust the seat height on the drive rollator?

it is very easy to adjust. Just a touch of a finger The wingnut must be tightened. I love it! It doesn't really matter how tall you are as long as you're fairly average. I'd guess it would be easy for someone of at least 5 feet to 6 feet. It holds a lot of weight, The specifications can be found here. As a old grandma, I don't have the strength to lift it, and I had no problems lifting it! The weight of my choice was an important factor.

The weight of the object is how much?

My name is Mabel, and I'd like to thank you for taking an interest in Drive Medical. There is 14 pounds of weight on this rollator.

A new drive rollator was ordered and, when it arrived, it was nothing like the one I had before! My statement was that I was unable to do it? I told the people who ordered it that I couldn't do it?

It needs to be returned. I have never had a problem returning something to Amazon.

In what direction does it extend? What size is narrow enough to fit down the hallway of my condo? I need something about 22" wide. ?

An elderly friend of mine who lives in a mobile home with narrow doorways to bedrooms and bathrooms asked me for this. During its ads for Walgreen's, this rollator was advertised as having a 22" wide portion. I would have liked to have had that if it were possible. On the outside hub of the back wheels, it measures 24 1/4 inches from the outer edges of the lock nuts. You can get an exact measurement by measuring through the wheels. There was no way to go through the narrow doorways with this. A length of this size prevents you from angling it to get it through. There should be a change in the product advertisements about the width of the widest portion of the product from 22" to 24 1/4". As my friend requested, I got it online from Walgreen's. It is also not easy for a person of my age to carry up or down even a few porch steps. As long as you don't have to take it outside, put it in your car trunk, then take it out again, etc., it seems like a good walking aid if you live in a house with wide interior doorways.

All my needs can be met with this very versatile rollator
5/5

Three rollators later, I have a new one. It was provided by Medicare and was very large. My needs at the time were met with it, but it was difficult to install in the car. Even though it was heavy, it allowed me to move a lot of heavy and cumbersome items, and I was grateful for that. The rollator I got through Amazon for my second visit was very similar to this one. However, it did not have some of the features this rollator does. In addition to a hinged and easily removable backrest, a storage bag that can be customized to fit your needs, and the ability to lower the seat and handles farther, these features are all provided. In addition, I think that it's easier to make adjustments with The width of 1 inch. Over 6 feet in height) to anyone over 6 feet in height. As one of the most convenient and cheapest types of luggage for me to use, I can load it right into my car. Besides being very well built, I went looking for a rollator for a long time because I wanted one to keep in the car and one at home. I learned a lot about what is available, and I've been really happy with Adding to that, I need to find where I can get replacement cables as a cable on the second one broke, and I find it is also different from the cable on a bicycle.

This was purchased as a gift for someone who is retired I have two concerns about it that you should know! Firstly, it seems to be a good rollator it's easy to assemble and well built
3/5

As a result, I would have given it 5 stars but for these two issues
- In the box were no instructions for assembly. I couldn't find a single page, much less a booklet, in that zip. As a result of reading the Amazon rating, I searched YouTube for a very good assembly video which I found. Because not everyone will know how to do that, I expect some folks will just get a bunch of parts in a box and be out of luck. Do you think it is that difficult to add just a single page to a Two pages could be dedicated to how to adjust the height for the user (I saw that on another YouTube Please note Br>- As I assembled it, I got two metal splinters from the rough edges on some of the parts. This was for my dad who has skin like tissue paper, which is why those splinters tore right through my hands as a child. Also, my emery board was needed on a few parts of the plastic handle where there were rough flashing edges. The problem is one thing if you keep it on a garage shelf, but not when it's something a senior might have to deal with. It is not good to have bleeding fingers.
To sum it up, it's a good product, but this vendor must restructure their production and packaging processes to ensure quality control. Furthermore, it is a pity since the design is good and it is The sofa is not suitable for people who are heavier than 200 pounds, at least if they would use it to sit on it. I have now finished all the troubleshooting, so it will be exactly what I want. As a result of doing my own quality control, I should send the vendor a bill for everything I did on my own.

Despite being on the phone at the time, assembling the rollator only took me about 5 minutes, and even that was overdrive
5/5

I like the way this item looks and how useful it is. When I use my new rollator I can move much farther than when I use If I tire or notice my legs softening, I can always find a seat at the top of the staircase. As well as carrying packages, I also use this to transport my laundry to and from the laundry room.

I was very pleased with the quality of all components and how easy it was to assemble
5/5

A couple who owns this rollator was visible in the lobby of our physician's office when my wife and I walked by. What we wanted was what we got. All the features were discussed, as well as the place where it was purchased. looked into it and found out that if we were to go through our Medicare insurance carrier, we would have to pay $235 - $2,000 At the supplier where the couple bought it, it cost $165. The Amazon cost for our purchase was just shy of $77,000! I could not believe how easy it was to assemble and how good the quality of all parts is. There is nothing we would rather do than to be happy.

The Medical Adjustable Walker is powerful and easy to drive
5/5

Definitely one of the best walkers! Since this past year, I have been having a problem with my balance, and I feel very safe using this walker as compared to the other types. There is an easy locking handle on the handle, and under the seat there is plenty of storage. There are no doubts in my mind about the quality of I've had the best one in my life. Thank you! I am extremely.

It is amazing what a difference it makes
5/5

My wife was using the one that she was sent home with from the hospital before we bought this one. I am so glad that this is improving. All it needs is to be unfolded and it can be used immediately. My wife enjoys walking with this product since it is easy to use and provides support. In addition, there is a seat so that when she gets tired, she can sit down and rest before continuing.

I bought this walking stick for my grandma, who is 90 years old
5/5

One of these cost me $10 at a thrift store, but two of the wheels were bald and flat spots were visible. I looked into the replacement parts, but they were very expensive, so I went ahead and bought a new one here since I liked its For my grandma who is 89 years old, I bought this for her. She absolutely loves it since she can put her things under the seat and go places with it. Whenever we go, it's a mobile seat for her because she can't stand for too long. Anywhere along the road can be used as a rest stop if she gets tired. With the locking brakes, the unit does not roll when she sits down. Also, the handle makes it easy to get up from the chair when she gets up again. Due to the fact that she is able to visit places now, I'm delighted with this purchase.

I purchased this almost 4 years ago before having knee replacement surgery for help with getting around my house
5/5

I have been very satisfied with the product and the customer service. Since I am having back problems, I can only use this to get around. I used to place plates of food on it to take them from the kitchen to the dining room or to carry my laundry to the washing machine. Now I have to use this all the time to get around. Since it was folded up several times and put in and out of vehicles, it has been used often. There is only one loose nut on the machine, which made it difficult to fold. Drive Medical just contacted me to see if I could obtain a replacement nut for no charge, and they, in turn, are sending me one. The customer service has been great, while I have other products from Drive that work perfectly. My preference is the Drive brand for any medical equipment devices that I am interested in buying because of the quality.
