The Ableware Left Elongated Elevated Toilet Seat will be the best choice for those who have had a left hip replacement. Every person has different needs and there are many choices of toilet seats available to them, but this one was the best one for me (I had a hip replacement on my right side). We ordered a regular seat and an elongated seat for the right side. A regular bowl can be fitted to an elongated bowl, but it appears to be inequitably sized due to about an inch gap But, even when the ‘elongated’ model arrived, it was identical to the regular model except for its Hence, it wasn't a good fit for the elongated toilet as well. Thus, Amazon exchanged it for me and sent a new one. As you likely already know, it was a bad day Also, it is identical with a normal one. For the ‘regular’, I give it four stars since it (as long as it was removed from the original seat first) mounted reasonably well, but you might want to avoid buying the 'elongated' version (and just go with the ‘regular'). You don't seem to have a lot of choice out there in terms of competing brands. Please note In 2 of the 3 cases, the attachment plates came with slots, but in 1 case, it came with only the center tab instead of slots - I returned that one since it did not fit under the seat that came with the vehicle The seat would have been useless in my case if I had been allowed to leave it attached. In this case, the company needs to explain clearly what the issue is.

Despite being reasonably priced, the one I got had a lot of bumps and unevenness that left me uncomfortable while I was able to get a refund though since it was taken back.

There is no such thing as a bad purchase with this product! In order to help in your post-operative recovery, it is recommended that someone purchase certain pieces of equipment before having hip replacement surgery. The hospital where I had my hip replaced six months ago didn't provide me with this equipment I would not have been able to survive. It is highly recommended that any person having hip surgery Your help is greatly appreciated.
