There's a lot of strength in this bag A raised toilet seat was made. The product was simple to install, although some of the instructions in the installation manual got things backwards (A and B respectively). As far as I can tell the A and B are reversed). I was able to figure out how it worked despite that. As this seat seems to be made for a taller person, it might not be suitable for a very short person or someone who is extremely small. Having purchased this for my 95 year old mother (who is 5' 2"), she is very pleased with it. It was appreciated that the padding was extra. She always has her shoes on, so the extra inch of height compared to her old seat doesn't bother her. I set the legs at their shortest setting and it still was too tall for her. However, the extra inch of height doesn't bother her.

Two of these were purchased and I was very happy with them. I wasn't too fond of the cushioned seat at first, but it was quite nice when it was cold out. It is much better than replacing an existing seat since this can be moved out of the way to allow another person to sit on.
