It appears that you could theoretically get a bidet to work with it but you would need to be very specific about the bidet design or get creative when it comes to In addition to the following, you would have to take into account It is permanent that the lids of the raised toilet seats are installed You are right. A hole in the side (using something that isn't meant for it) In terms of gross terms, the circumference of the toilet bowl is small With the raised chair, two solid steel bars rest on top of the toilet bowl, and they can be adjusted. With these you can adjust the height of the front bar, and the rear bar has two clips that connect to the bowl through the old holes for the toilet lid As you can see, you secure it to the bowl in this manner Unless you have it full height, you will have a center hole that is below the edge of the bowl and the center does not touch the edges of the bowl. It is possible to access underneath the raised seat to power and plum the bidet, but it will probably be ugly because the back of the raised seat is open. Please accept my sincere thanks You can do it, but it requires an investment of effort.

For the toilet in father's room, a raised seat is needed. However, when it came to everything else, the one we had sucked. It was good for weights up to 400 pounds and had the 5 inches in height. It appears to be heavier on Amazon (300 lb on site), but there isn't as much weight (an additional 300 lb on checkout). There is paperwork in the box that says 250 pounds. Other than that, it's great. This toilet tank lid can be adjusted to fit round or elongated toilet bowls (the old one was designed only to work with round bowls). In order to accommodate elongated bowls, I had to move the seat forward (so I had a big gap between the seat and the tank) and adjust the height (2, 4, and 6 inches) The following is the measurement in The thing that really matters In this case, the price was exactly the same as it was before. The product is from Japan, but it is far superior to our old one (which was made in America) in terms of quality, and is the same price. And if supported weight is an issue, it may be possible to add additional material to support.
This seat can't be attached to the toilet due to its poor design. On the lowest setting, it is impossible to get to the screws to attach it. I'd say that's fine for tall people only. It says on the Amazon site that it holds up to 300 pounds, but on the paper it came with, it claims to hold up to 250 pounds. The item I bought is junk, and I'm sorry for buying it.
Installation was easy, and I do not regret my purchase. It looks like the chair toilet but is not as bulky as that. I love the look and I am happy with the product.
