It is a scale that I adore. It has been about a year since I have used this app and it has been very accurate for pre and post feedings. While the program does not convert grams to pounds, it does convert weights from grams. In order to do that, I have to reweigh the baby. For myself, I prefer to weigh in grams, then convert using a chart I keep in my bag (laminated).
Tanita, not the seller, offers the warranty, since it is with the manufacturer.
There is 16 pounds of weight on the scale.

As an RN, I provide care to patients who need it. It's very important for me to get accurate weights on babies that I see as an IBCLC. I can actually see the weight a lot faster than with the Medela scale I was renting previously. In my opinion, this scale is very valuable.
To begin with, I want to stress that this is an extremely important task, and I have high There is an astonishing amount of accuracy in this scale. It's hard to beat weighing everything down to the last br>br>It travels okay, I just use a hard case with a pillow as a cushion when I visit my parents. In general, I am not happy with the fact that sometimes it doesn't Nevertheless, the screen shows that the image has been stabilized. In addition, because of where we live, too, to go from grams to lbs, you have to take the baby off, switch the measurement unit, and then reapply the baby. There's nothing convenient about this. The rest of it is fine, otherwise I'm completely happy. The manufacturer did register the product on my behalf, but no response has been received. In that case, I will look into it.
It is very accurate and its easy transferability makes it great for parents on the go. In terms of price and quality, it is a fair deal. If it had a feature I would like, it would allow me to toggle between pounds and grams while Currently, users can choose either of the two options. Professionals record weight in grams, but parents want to know how much it weighs in pounds or ounces.
It's important for me, as a lactation professional, to have something that can accurately measure pre and post feed weights as well as be portable.
There is just something about this scale that I find fascinating. I love how easy it is User manuals like this are easy to read and comprehend. It is awesome for when I visit my lactation consultant at home. The fact that it remembers my initial weight and is capable of doing the math for me is wonderful. My recommendation for this scale is high.
In light of the above, the scale is tremendous I love how accurate you are. The growth of our son is still being tracked every two weeks at this point, since he is 16 months A weekly basis. From birth until 1 year old, we weighed him on a daily basis and during the first few weeks, we weighed him before and after each feeding. A great way to accurately measure pumped milk is with this device. There is consistency in the accuracy of the scale. A soft snug fitting pad is sold as an accessory so that the scale will remain precise every single time it is used. We purchased a calibration weight set and it has shown to be accurate every single time. Due to a mistake in their advertising, Tanita gave ours away for free. It is not clear how much it costs, but it is highly recommended. In most cases, cradles are made of hard, cold place a soft blanket over the cradle if you wish for an extra layer of comfort. Then, you can zero balance the scale so that you don't have to worry about doing An extra blanket is used on top of the pad. It is a scale I would recommend A copy of the user manual can be downloaded.
It works well, but I wish I could switch between pounds and grams. This scale appears to be smaller than that used by Medela lactation consultants to weigh babies before and after birth, but it is less costly, does just as well, and does not weigh too much.
