It is built in China, but it is for a German company. It looks better than anything I have seen in a doctors office. From the shipping box, it's obvious how much German influence there is. To eliminate the slight gap between top flaps, extra cardboard was added to the inside of the flaps. Until now, I have never seen this done. Diagrams accompany the instructions, which make them very easy to understand. It wouldn't have been obvious to me the item was made in China, had I not checked the calibration certificate as another reviewer noted. In addition, the scale's operation is straightforward, so you are fully confident in its readings. It is because we have no faith in our digital floor scale that we decided to purchase this A comparison of the digital scale with the Seca scale showed it to be within one pound of being accurate. Now that we have a digital scale in our guest bathroom, it looks very nice!.
My old Health O Meter professional balance beam scale has been replaced by this one. On this scale, I like the wider base, which makes it easier to climb on and off. The larger base is a big advantage if you are heavier or older than most people. My husband, who is six feet six and 260 pounds, likes it a lot. In terms of quality, the product is quite reliable. The top part that holds the balance beam, however, is The fact that it is lighter than my old scale is not too important to me and I am sure of it. My favorite part of the wheels is the hub cap. I had a problem moving my old scale due to the lack of wheels. The sleeker design is appealing to me. It was fortunate for me, however, that my husband could assemble the scale without too much trouble. He found the assembly instructions to be rather confusing. However, the instructions for zeroing out the scale were a little unclear from the directions that came with it, and luckily for me, I already knew how to do this from my previous The scale was already zeroed once it was reset and did not need to be adjusted further. For the reading to be accurate, I did not have to stand still. The product that I recommend is the analog scale over the digital one.
As an upgrade over the standard balance beam scales from Detecto and Healthometer, Seca measures both the vertical and horizontal balance. This product is of the highest quality in terms of fit, finish, and design. EDITOR'S NOTE In the past two weeks, I've lost 20 pounds since purchasing the scale. Knowing what is working has made a huge difference in my keto lifestyle. My motivation is so high after seeing this scale!.
A number of reviews were positive for this model. I compared it to similar models employed by healthcare organizations. There have been no other considerations except for the Meter and Detecto. Among the reviews I found was one from In making my decision, I found the letter from Praett dated January 31, 2008 to be very persuasive and perhaps the single most influential factor. Thus, I opted not to order the height attachment when I placed my order. I was happy to see that the package arrived in good order. Delivery was on time, and there was no sign of damage to the packaging. When I opened the box carefully, I was most surprised by the amount of space that was used to safely pack the scale. There was adequate internal foam to cushion the scale, and it was not damaged. In my opinion, it was rather strange to find that the instructions for installation were nothing more than a tri-fold There are few words in this document but it is full of illustrations of outstanding quality. The total amount of English words on each of the four illustrations in the book They are however printed on glossy cardstock paper and are of very high quality. I like it a lot! I realized that the directions I needed to assemble the scale were right in front of me within minutes of opening the box. All of the parts needed to be assembled took approximately 10 minutes once I laid them out on the floor. It then took five minutes to "zero" it in, and we were ready The intention I have for this scale is for it to be the last one I buy, and for it to last my entire life. If I am going to work hard to exercise and eat well, it is only natural that I be able to accurately track my weight changes. Due to this reason, I did not mind spending some bucks on this scale, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Those who are interested in a quality product with extreme accuracy (1/8 of a pound) should check out the SECA 700. Aside from its attractive design, this scale is also in line with current fashion. Despite the fact that I keep it in my work room, I think the addition of the sink would not be objectionable in a bathroom that has plenty of room for In this case, the scale can't be easily hidden I made the best purchase I have made for quite some time.
It's easy to assemble, accurate, looks good and is much better than electronic scales, which seem to have fixed accuracy every time they're used. The height rod is not easily accessible - I wish it was Amazon does not seem to carry that accessory. It can be purchased on eBay or the Seca website. It can be "zeroed out" simply by turning a screw. It has positive weight balance block settings and a super fast display. My package scale was +/- 1 gram when I used it I used it seven times and it always added seven pounds to my weight. In terms of accuracy, Seca is a better choice. Although the footprint is larger, it is worth the cost in the end.
There are too many ambiguities in the assembly instructions. There aren't many surprises here, but there are a few things to keep in mind. After it was assembled, it was A weight that is accurate. As I experimented with my digital scales, I found that they were giving me It is a mechanical scale that is accurate, and the company provides a certificate proving that.
It took me no more than ten minutes tops to assemble this with no help. I really don't like assembling things, but this was fast. What a great idea! As well as looking great, it functions perfectly. Also, it was delivered fairly fast. It came as a surprise to me. Thanks so much.
In most respects, both scales were very accurate, but I still prefer the Seca since it does not fluctuate when I weigh myself a short time later like the Taylor scale. Although one of the larger screws did not go all the way in after trying a few times, the item was not difficult to assemble for one person. In either case, it was covered by a black base cover, or whatever it was In fact, one does not have to use any screws since the poll is so tight it does not move. I figured anyone who wanted to know would find this interesting.
