In the top, a loop had come undone. I was able to speak with a representative right away via their website. The scale is well-made and precise (as well as simple to use). It was well packed, but I imagine it moved around a lot before I got it. Anyway, the loop became untangled at some point, but I was able to spot it and fix it.

So you choose the lowest and declare it to be a good day! However, you have no idea how much you weigh or whether or not your diet and exercise plan are actually working. br>br>Once you set it up correctly (by sliding it to zero, etc. ), this scale is always reliable. br>br>I tried two of the other scales sold on Amazon. Like the cheap floor models, my weight fluctuated every ten seconds. When one got off and back on, there was a three-pound swing! I'm not sure if it's because they were made in another country or not, but this one is made in Missouri, which is also nice.

This item is NOT suitable for use on the eyes. level. It came in a nice box, but the linkage inside was missing, and it took some time for me to put everything together with my large fingers. It's about a pound and a half in weight. The assembly would have been simple under normal circumstances. It's just not the high-quality item I was hoping for, and I'm sure returning it for a refund would be a pain. In regards to this order, I made no attempt to contact the seller or Amazon.

If we had followed the instructions, it would have been simple to put together. To connect the bottom piece of the scale to the stand, make sure you lay it down on the table or bed at the correct angle.

It's a little tricky to put together with just one person. It took around 15 minutes with two people. It does what it's supposed to do. I am pleased with this product.

I wanted a scale that would finally give me an accurate weight reading, so I looked at a lot of balance scales on Amazon before settling on this one. It's been about 6 or 7 months since I got it, and it's still going strong. I weighed it on the scales at the gym and at the doctor's office, and it was exactly right. We don't have much room for it, so it's tucked away in the bathroom behind a closed door. When we first bought it, we had a habit of forgetting it was there and hitting it with the door as we entered and exited. Thankfully, the scale is strong enough to withstand the blows without causing any damage to the mechanisms, and it continues to function normally. It has made me extremely happy. br>br>How come it didn't get five stars? So, when I'm weighing myself, I can't see the numbers on the beam because they're so small. They have the ability to improve this situation. To see the weight, I need to get off and step back. To fit all the numbers on the scale, it doesn't appear that making them this small was necessary. br>br>I would strongly advise others to use this scale. The price was reasonable, and the scale is excellent.

Mine is on carpet and is perfectly fine; however, it is quite large, and you should be aware of this before entering. Unless you have a very large bathroom, it will not fit in there.
