It's ideal for IPR. br>I recently began a smile direct teeth correction plan, and when the plan was developed to align all of my teeth, I was left with some very unsightly spaces at the root of my teeth, which are also referred to as black triangles. br>So I contacted the company, and they recommended that I do something like Inter proximal reduction or something similar. So when I called my regular dentist, they said they couldn't help me unless I got braces from them. So I began my search and came across these dental files. br>These were perfect for me; I only used the medium and fine; the course one, I believe, is overkill for IPR. br>I also used these on my husband, who had a chipped tooth, and they worked great. I believe the files are ideal for DIY IPR, but if you have sensitive teeth, proceed with caution. Always seek advice from your dentist and follow any precautions that may be necessary.
The files are simple to use and have enough grit to get the job done without causing tooth damage. By filing the tooth down, I was able to avoid a trip to the dentist and the expense of a new crown.
The files may or may not be identical, but they are written in a different language than what is depicted in the listing photos. I'm not sure if they'll be useful and worth keeping just yet. (The first photo shows how it came packaged, and the second photo shows the inside pulled out of the plastic wrapping, but they are clearly not in English as advertised. ) I also hoped that the file part was on both sides of the strips, but it appears to be on only one side.

I didn't know if I got the right one because it was written in Russian, which I don't understand, and I couldn't tell if it was the right one because I couldn't read it. There were also loose metal shavings all over the item. This product should not be consumed.
It was used to get rid of a sharp edge from a broken tooth. Wants to be able to move around in my mouth with ease. I had to cut it in half because it seemed like it might cut the inside of my mouth if I pulled it back and forth too tightly. However, it completed the task at hand. Maybe there's a tool that can hold these strips so they can be used more effectively. It prevented my tongue from being cut up by the broken tooth.
They are simple to use and quick to work with. Are there any gaps between your teeth that are particularly narrow? Use the 1 mm as a guide. It's simple to do. Simply use it between your teeth as you would dental floss. There were no sensitivity issues at all. They're all 4 mm wide, but different thicknesses and colors are assigned to them.
