I had a tooth with a sharp edge between two molars, which cut the dental floss like a blade. I was told that I had to get a new crown, but a previous dentist used strips like these to address a similar issue when I was young. Do not overdo As recently as last month, I completed my Candid (poor man's Invisalign) treatment, and while I am happy with the outcome, I still have a little crowding at the bottom in the front. I find that wearing my retainers can help improve this. It was dangerous to file too much with these, but it worked on me the second time. I have had my teeth filed by dentists in the past but decided to do it myself this time. Using it in conjunction with a remineralizing toothpaste such as Boka is also recommended. I have found it very helpful on other areas of my teeth as well.

In the back of my mouth, I slightly chipped a crown (bit into something too hard) on one of my canines, and the small (really tiny) chips I could feel with my tongue were really bothering Since I can't get to a dentist, I figured I would try this stuff. I can't believe how well it works. There's just a bit of grit in it, so it can smooth roughness, and your teeth will be left with a nice smooth finish without removing Also, I had break off the tip of a pair of pointy tweezers which I had in my possession. An emery board was too coarse. I tried other abrasives, but they failed to deliver the desired results. I thought this was the perfect solution. A perfect amount of grain is needed for smoothing it out. My experience with your company has been excellent.

Reading reviews, I was concerned that it would be hard to get between my teeth, but I didn't have any problems at all. There is a smooth side on one side. Filed off some bonding that kept getting shredded as my floss kept getting stuck to it. Worked well. Do not use too much, you don't want to ruin The pandemic has forced me to do my own dental work, so I shouldn't expect my hygienist not to scold me.

I used to have a dental hygienist use it on me years ago, and I've always wanted a supply for home use. If you're going to polish, choose a finer grit. If you're going to work more aggressively, choose a coarser grit.

The product I got worked well when I used it to carefully sand off any spots of brown on my teeth. If you don't want to damage your enamel, you have to be careful not to get too rough with your teeth. Wrapping the floss around my tooth and gently sliding it from side to side works for me. can be used similarly to floss, but there is a slight difference in the amount of time it takes. When there are spots that feel like they are getting a little bit of buildup between cleanings, I only use it occasionally.

After getting bonded, I chipped a bit of my back tooth almost between the two next to I was able to reach it with the tape and it was a good solution. I am now able to rest my tongue. The dispenser is strong, but it can be opened easily if the tape needs to be reset.

In my opinion, the product was less abrasive than I was expecting. There is a slight difference between what was described and what actually happened. In any case, I use it anyway. Rather than a grinder, I think it will be more of a polisher. In other words, it is not a file. It is smooth and smooth like a face cream.
