I definitely wouldn't call it Cheap plastic bags were used to carry the tools. It didn't bother me in the least. Their looks are nice, but they aren't as sharp as they could be. A burn is visible on the blade's edge, which is not at all sharp. It has an awkward, poorly designed head tilted at an angle that makes it impossible to scrape teeth, and the blade is rather long, so scraping is difficult. Though the mirror was fine, and it was nice to have! I will get my Dremel tool out and sharpen the edges myself, though. Among all the choices on Amazon, this seemed to be the best one, so returning it wasn't a good idea. The good news is that it is cheap and makes an excellent hobby set.

I'm so happy I can keep my mouth clean without having to make a dentist appointment every 6 months. My stains and stains came out well, as well as getting rid of plaqu. I like how easy it is to grip. In addition, it was very reasonably priced.
