The dental explorer was nowhere to be found in the plastic packaging that explains how to use it. information on how to use the tool, and so on. The tool literally fell out of the package onto the floor when I opened it. It shattered the amazon bubble package, which was white and blue. Overall, I'm skeptical, not only because it wasn't in the brand's first packaging, but also because it literally fell out of my package. I believe the packaging could be improved by using a box rather than bubble mailers. Furthermore, given that the tool was strewn about in my Amazon package, I believe you should exercise caution when cleaning it.
