I prefer mens scrub pants since I am a woman. As a result, I find that they fit better because they go up to my waist my butt crack does not hang out. It's hard not to love Landau pants. In my case, the size small would be a great fit for me at 5 feet 7 inches tall, but would be very tight around the hips and waist at 175 pounds, I prefer the medium over the small around the waist, but the length is a foot too long and a little too exaggerated.
