Sorry for the delay in responding; I'm 6'2" and weigh 220 pounds, and the large fits perfectly. The XL is a little big on me, but the length is perfect. They're a little short at 68, and the material is thick and sturdy, so if you get hot easily, these might not be the best choice.
I usually wear extra large, so I ordered an extra large and it fits perfectly. If it doesn't fit, you can always return it.
Yes, there is a left-side chest pocket on these.

For dudes, these shirts are the bomb. They do run long and large, but I already own a pair and am aware of this, so I would say they fit as expected. I'm 6'1" with a 205-pound frame, and the medium fits perfectly. They're my only medium shirt, and the hat provides plenty of coverage over my butt, while also not being too tight around my torso. I usually wear a large t-shirt in all brands and can't get a good fit in mediums, but I'd be swimming in one of these larges. The two lower pockets are perfect for keeping my supplies organized. I'm not going to be able to get by with just one chest pocket. I'm a nurse, so I have a lot on my plate right now. The material is challenging, so if I need to wrestle an alligator or participate in a steal cage death match, I should be fine. The texture of the shirt attracts crumbs from food and dandruff, so be aware that you may need to brush that off after lunch or combing your thick, beautiful main or, in my case, heard. Buy these, they're as manly as it gets and chicks dig them.
They appear to be fantastic. I've worked in the medical field for a few years and have tried a variety of scrub brands; I was initially put off by the Carhartt's high price, but eventually decided to give them a try. There hasn't been a single time when I've been let down. They look great, the colors are vibrant, and the cut is just right, with a roomy fit and a large fit. In other brands, I typically wear a large scrub, but in Carhartt, I wear a medium (I haven't worn a medium shirt since high school). When I'm in the hospital, I'm often kneeling on the floor or reaching over things, so the roomy cut is perfect for me. In these circumstances, these scubs are extremely at ease. The design is fantastic, with plenty of pockets to keep all of my belongings organized. The scrubs have an elastic waist and belt loops to keep them from falling off your backside; I've had several pairs for over a year and they're still in good shape. br>br>The only minor quibble is that the chest pocket could have been a little deeper. I have a habit of misplacing my pens. br>br>Don't be hesitant to give these scrubs a try; they're well worth the extra cost, and I'm not planning on switching brands anytime soon.
Returned. I bought the medium top and pants at the same time, and the pants will be fine once I hem the legs around the ankles. The medium top is way too big (I had to double-check to make sure it wasn't a large). The medium has been returned, and I will be purchasing a small top. I don't recall the last time I bought something in a small size. I'll update once I get the small and have a chance to try it on. br>br>At the very least, Amazon's return policy was reasonable. br>br>update: br>br>update: br>br>update: I got the small size yesterday and it fits well. It's a little snug around the waist, but the shoulders appear to be fine, and it doesn't go past the shoulders like the medium did. I'll keep it, but I'll most likely continue to buy the Landau 7489 5-. Until I can find something better, I'm going to wear pocket tops. Carhartt has a few color options that Landau doesn't, so I'm thinking about getting those. The Carhartt fabric appears to be more durable than that of the Landau. Some of my Landau tops have been in my closet for over four years, and the material is starting to fray. br>br>If you're 5'7" and 170 pounds like me and think to yourself, "I'll get a medium because I've never worn a small," make sure the store has a good return policy. br>br>Update for August: One day, I dressed up for work; It's unlikely that I'll put it on again until the winter. Despite the fact that I had showered earlier in the day, I was sweating the entire day. Summers in the Midwest can be extremely hot and humid. On these hot days, the Landau tops are much cooler.
These are the comfy clothes you want to wear while spending the day on the couch, thanks to Covid's ability to make many people work from home. You won't have to search for your glasses or the remote control because you have pockets. I've had one of these for about 5 washes, and the more you wear it, the more comfortable it becomes. Because sizes run slightly large, it's a good idea to size down if you're on the fence about which size to get. I have no complaints about anything else. If I keep working from home, I'll have a closet full of these.
I've never had a single seam come undone, no rips, nothing. Because of the poorly stitched seams, I used to have to replace my Cherokee scrubs every year. Not here! Carhartt double-breasted blazer- Most seams and pockets are stitched, so even if one thread breaks, the garment remains intact. Only because of bleach spots and a new job requiring a different color, did I get new ones. br>br>I say they fit well because I know what sizes I wear because I tried them on in a store the first time I tried them on. I believe that all online sizing is subjective, so "buyer beware" when purchasing clothing online, regardless of brand.
AWESOME XXL tops. Almost any body type will look great in this big and tall size. The matching scrub pants are very comfortable for me, but they may be too tight for larger men (see my pant review below). When bending, stooping, or leaning over, there is plenty of room, pockets, and coverage. By the way, I bought 12 sets in total, each with matching big and tall pants in four different colors. AWESOME. [Pants - Even though I am 250 pounds, the clothes are tailored to fit taller, leaner men. They're great for me because I'm tall and have a slim hip/waist, but I think they'll rip open in the crotch/thigh area if you have thick muscular thighs, large genitalia, extra fat in that area, obese hips, or a bubble butt. I'll have to hem them, but that's something I expected].
Carhartt is a brand that I like. They are usually made of heavier fabrics, are very comfortable, and will last a long time in my experience. Every now and then, the fabric cut is incorrect, and it may not sit quite right on my body, but this is minor and doesn't happen very often. This scrub top is more comfortable than the other Cherokee scrubs I own, and there is a little more room for arm movement, which is nice. br>br>My only complaint is that every product comes with the Cherokee logo emblazoned on it; I would give it 5 stars if I could buy it without the logo.
