This gear is not what it appears to be on the Amazon website, and it should be removed or updated. There is no set screw machined into the housing as shown, rendering it useless for most applications, so I'm returning it. I tried calling Boston Gear for a part number for the correct item, but they were unable to assist me. Customer service is poor. br>br>Revised review: Boston Gear returned my call. They proved to be of great assistance. The correct gear with the set screw is available on Amazon. yd12- is the part number for this item. 1/2. On Amazon, Boston Gear has a large selection of various items - If you're lucky, you might be able to find them there. The Boston Gear representative recognized the part number and navigated to the correct section of the Amazon website using it. Boston Gear has contacted Amazon to correct the error and update their website with information about Boston Gear's products - Probably, best of luck with that.

Misrepresentation – DOESN'T COME WITH A SET SCREW

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. I ordered two of these because they are ideal for my project. Despite the fact that it is clearly pictured, neither of them has the set screw.
