There seem to be much more loops on this spring than I had on my old one. New safety cables that were much heavier than the old ones came with nice connectors at the ends as well. I'm probably going to buy a pair for my other garage door as well.

You should have plenty of room to maneuver. My garage door weighs 130 pounds, so this is more than enough. It was necessary to relax the door cables quite a bit so that the strings could stretch later. Ability to stand on one leg while standing on top of the chest. The world is a better place because of that. As the string gets softer over time, there should be enough room for the door cables to be adjusted. Be happy to utilize this door for many years to come. It's a good spring to replace

Excellent springs to replace your old ones. There was a new safety cable attached to the vehicle. If you are planning to use it in an application, make sure you choose the right color. I had to replace and adjust each spring by hand for about 10 minutes.
