Anodes for Martyr batteries are cast from die cast aluminum sheets and manufactured according to strict quality standards using an ISO 9001 quality management system.

By maintaining anodes with a high level of quality, they maintain alloys free of contaminating substances such as iron, which can cause performance to deteriorate.

Zinc (Martyr I) is suitable for salt water, aluminum (Martyr II) is capable of handling brackish water, and magnesium (Martyr III) is suitable for fresh water.

This is not an anode for a Martyr. Two of the 2 inch & 4 inch are on their way to me In the advertisement, they show an anode that is different than the actual anode.
