Please note that this Pulley should be used with A, 3L and 4L (4L & 5L Anxiety) - Belts that are not suitable for B belts.
The 3/16/17
It should fit if it is 5/8th inches in diameter. If you do not clean up the old shaft, you may need to clean up the millimeters, since these are made to a thousandth of an inch, so make sure there is no rust or dirt on them. Both inside and outside diameters can be made to suit your needs.

In accordance with the advice of others, I purchased this to replace the arbor pulley on a Craftsman 315 table saw. I like this pulley better than replacement parts from other suppliers because it is well made and fits better on the arbor On the other hand, if it is to be used as a replacement on a 315, they are not compatible. This table saw, 228390 (and possibly other model #s), has a 5mm key on the arbor, not a 3/16" key that usually fits a pulley that will fit a 5/8" Due to this, there is no way to use the original key in this pulley, and a machinist told me it’s not a good idea to use a 3/16" In the near future, I plan to have the key slot remade by a machine shop It is better to cut the cable to 5mm even if the difference is just about. Between the two, there is a difference of 10".
Initially, the pulley did not fit because the keyway was too narrow. Once The fit of the Qwork 2 was so tight that it required hammering it in to make it permanent. Using an 8" pulley with a very clean and not rusted 5/8" shaft can save a lot of money. I removed a pulley from my Grizzly 16 amp motor on my G1022 vintage contractors tablesaw (mid 1990s? 3) belt driven There was a noticeable wobble of maybe 0. 017 inches in the original pulley because it wasn't machined to close tolerances. There are 5 runouts in 005. The belt grooves on the original pulley on the motor were noticeable due to their runout, more specifically, the grooves on the pulley were not perfectly parallel. The keyway on the new Qwork pulley was small, and the keyway on my Grizzly Taiwan motor was large. I tried to install the new Qwork pulley, but the keyway was too small. My saw could have a problem. On the Qwork 2, I got the impression that the keyway was too small. The pulley on the 80" pulley is 80". Only a few minutes are needed to fill out the paperwork).
I have a Craftsman table saw, so this product fits perfectly. The only thing I would suggest is an additional Woodruff key should be added to.
There is no doubt about the quality of these. By looking at the weight, you can tell right away. The form and the machined parts are perfect in every way. What made them even more fantastic was how wonderful they looked! There is an excellent finish to it and they have a gorgeous coating. As much as I hate to admit it, these are really cool I didn't want to put them on the motor arbor since they looked so good!.
I replaced the aluminum one on my Sears table saw that had been in service for 40 years The parts in question are no longer in stock. There was a stripping of the set screw hole. The one we have here feels like it's made of steel and is likely to.
Part number 271686 does not fit this pulley and was purchased to replace it on There was a 1/2 inch difference between the outer diameters of the two, but I didn't think it would matter to me. It is not possible to disengage the drive on my tiller since the V belt runs narrower than a standard V belt, and the pulley catches the belt by the side. This makes it difficult to remove the belt when there is no tension on the belt. In addition, both of the screws came out after using the tiller for a few hours. As the pulley slides across the shaft, it now slides in every direction. Despite the hose clamps, I kept using the repair for a while. To replace the original pulley I used this replacement pulley. Now, to replace the replacement pulley I need to find something else.
On my old Briggs and Stratton engine, which powers my edger, I used this pulley. The fit is perfect, and it's a great product. The pulley is well made, has a thick metal material, and is robust. Thank you for the product I bought.
I installed this on a Craftsman table saw, and the saw ran much smoother than when it was brand new. It's a great product, and I am very pleased with it.
