Thank you for contacting us with this inquiry; however, we are unable to guarantee the safety of a pulley system based solely on RPMs - The load that the pulley is carrying is a critical factor. These pulleys are typically used in applications where the rotational speed is less than 4000 RPM. br>All of our items come with free shipping, so please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
This pulley can be used with either a 5/8"/5L/B belt or a 1/2"/4L/A belt; however, the 1/2" belt will ride further in the groove. We don't recommend using a 3/8" belt because the bottom of the belt will make contact with the center of the pulley, causing loss of power and shortening the life of your belt.

This is a good seller. I used it on a generator I was constructing, and it worked perfectly.
The pulley is made of high-quality materials, and the bore is perfect.
