I don't see anything magnetic about this. Wire like this can be used in the manufacture of An electromagnet is made by winding the wire around an iron core, applying electricity to the copper coil, and it will act like a magnet.
You will normally find the start end of the wire on the core of the spool when you receive a spool of wire like this! You can, however, unwind this strand onto another strand, and then wind it back onto THIS strand however, one must extend the end outside of the spool before winding it until you reach the end of the wire for the last or second connection!
This is determined by the diameter and length of the wire as well as the quality of the copper.
I think you would need about 120 feet if my calculations are correct. It might be a good idea for someone to double-check. In order to convert the circumference to feet, I multiplied it by 300. One and a half inches is the outside diameter, correct?

It's a good product. The wire I have used has been used to add LED lighting to RC micro quadcopters and planes via tiny surface-mount LEDs Place LEDs on the mount. In terms of quality, it's a good quality wire with good conductivity yet is light. A soldering iron must be used to melt off the outer film that covers the wire in order to get the solder to melt and make a Besides this, the wires appear to be bare, however they can touch without shorting out. I was pleased with the service I received from the company, and the products arrived quickly. The product is made in the United States.
The land was bought so we could build on it. I inspected this wire and it was fine. Though the pipe has served its purpose, it is so thin that it broke after only a few uses, even though the seismometer we built with it worked very well. We decided to use thinker wire instead of wrapping our coil so that we would not have to wrap it so many times. I definitely made the right choice in going with thicker wire!.
I am very pleased with this product. There have yet to be any defects with.
Excellent product that can't be beaten when it comes to.
Whenever I need some for Ham Radio projects and electrical engineering projects, I always purchase TEMCo magnet wire. There are no complaints about the quality, and the insulation easily comes off.
It was available at a great price and I did want to use it with my 5th graders for a science experiment on electricity. Electrical current does not flow through wire.
