I agree! For a fun little wiring project it's perfect. I have used it for some electromagnet projects and it works great. I would not recommend it for something more challenging, but for a small project like this it's great.
11900 turns are present, although this is not a coil of any kind. There is no access to the start wire on the spool of wire. Taped to the inside of the barrel is placed on the Contact us for a custom spool if you need a coil with a certain number of turns and have the start wire accessible.
In retrospect, I think I found that out, but I don't recall where I found it. This is to be used on a secondary transformer at approximately 10,000 volts. There was no incident during 500 volts. The only comfort I can offer is that. I know it is not much comfort, but it is all I can give.
The answer is yes if 36awg is the same gauge as the original winding. I have used this wire for transformers operating at 120 volts. Having an enamel coating that is good for insulating is a good thing. I hope you have a great winding year!

This wire was of good quality, so I was able to use it to recover my data from a USB Flash Drive that had The wire was tinned before it was soldered to the pad traces, so I carefully scraped the tracks leading to the pads with a hobby knife, used a little flux and soldered the wire to the Once that was done, I soldered the other ends of the 36AWG wire to the pins of the USB connector. A USB device has been detected, and a fat32 volume has been Pro tip When you get into the trade, you'll save a lot of money. In order to use this gauge for recovering data, ALL wires must be less than 1 inch in diameter. Voltage drop and attenuation issues will arise as the length of the line increases.
There may be a small amount of resin you need This copper wire is as good as any other. It should go without saying that 36AWG is quite small, and you should only buy this size of wire if it is going to be used for something specific.
Unfortunately, poor spooling technique from the factory renders this wire useless for long runs. The wire, itself, appears to be decent quality, but I have bought Remington wire twice now, and both of my purchases were knotted up and loosely wound, which rendered my whole purchase useless.
Smaller than some of the larger sizes, it looks more like hair than some of the others. In any case, I was able to build a diode ring mixer from this and enough spare toroidal cores that I had lying around. Because this wire will not conform to what you wrap it around without glue or tape, I used super glue to hold it in place.
The spark coils on a motorcycle stator were rewound using this tool. I love how it works! The enamel coating isn't as easily removed as I thought it might and does not break or scrape off easily like I expected.
Excellent quality at a very reasonable cost.
There is a way to do it.
