It was my responsibility to separate the wires, they don't appear to be separated. This product is not worth the money, it is too difficult to remove the plastic that holds it together, breaking the wire in the process.
My only wish is that the beginning and the end of the spool were accessible (without having to unwind There is no flaw in the box, and it is convenient to use.
