When PWM is used, the position indicator gets messed up

A couple of these can be used to position a few mirrors on an aluminum plate to reflect light Using pulse with modulation (PWM), I tried to change the speed of the actuator, but the position feed back, from the actuator, drifted when the motor was driven In my case, this was easier to achieve by driving the motor with a steady voltage, but the position pulses still drifted depending on how often I changed It does not appear that these were rated for wet areas, as I used them outdoors. A few years after the motor was built, some parts of one of the motors would get corroded, so I had to disassemble it to see how it was made. I was able to ascertain how the drive limits worked as well as how the project was built well.

It comes with either a 12vdc or a 24vdc supply. I mounted mine to a 24vdc supply, and it is very nice because of its sleek design. Lifting a mattress with it will save a lot of back pain I use a travel trailer as my bed storage. I was surprised at how fast it lifted. There was a clevis pin and two cotter pins missing, which meant I had to scramble to find substitutes. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise. It is not carelessness that caused the parts to be missing, just a lack of attention.

I received the package damaged as a result of poor packing

Poor packaging contributed to the poor condition of the item. Wires entering the body are broken at the grommet. Gasket around body has gaps where thin rope is used. Rather than a gasket, a real gasket should be In any case, the actuator seems to be working fine.
