Product Description

MAINTENANCE UP/DOWN SWITCH INCLUDED This switch will continue to supply power to the actuator until it is turned off manually by the end user (A light bulb switch is a maintained switch, in the sense that the light bulb stays on until you manually switch it
A linear actuator with alternating stroke length, 1 DPDT up/down switch (with selectable stroke length), 2 mounting brackets with fasteners are included.
A dimensional drawing and additional specifications may be seen by clicking on the images below
The stroke length of the actuator is 2 inches, and the speed of the actuator is There is a difference of 39 inches per second (10 millimeters per second). A maximum dynamic load of 225 pounds (900 Newtons) is required, while the maximum current draw of a torque actuator is A 2 amp power supply
In the IP65 category (suitable for outdoor use), the linear actuator is rated. 6061 Aluminum (powder coated black) is the material that makes up the outside of the linear actuator.

Questions & Answers

What does the stroke arm stand for? Does it pivot freely or stays in one position? It is important for me to be able to adjust some mounting points. ?

An arm in a fixed position is attached to the stroke. On a lawn tractor, I used the actuator to get a 2" lift for a homemade snowplow.

For the trap door that is 36" x 72" x 1", I'm using a 36" x 72" x 1" flange. Does the actuator I need to lift fully vertically need to be a certain size? Are there gas struts available to help (I have them)?

Depending on where the actuator is mounted in your application and how much travel is required to raise the door fully vertically, the actuator will operate either way.

Is it durable enough to withstand linear impacts in its fully extended position, such as a heavy lid closing onto a latch whose end is extended and retracted?

As long as the impact does not exceed this pressure, it should be okay as long as the static and dynamic load limits are both 225 pounds.

It's OK with the service, but not with the products
3/5

As of now, the actuator appears to be working properly. A couple of screws fell out, so that posed a major issue. As a result, I had to be shipped a new set since the first one At least I got parts from them, so I am grateful. The fact that I know how to work on mechanical things saved me from getting into that situation. It's been the switch that's been causing all of the problems. After being used for a few hours, the first one went bad. The replacement I received was sent by them. The tractor broke within the first hour of using it, so I was left without the ability to finish the project with our tractor! This has happened to me 3 times - the motor or the switch has broken and I could not finish.
I gave it 2 stars because customer service was okay. The pace is just a little The trouble with these items is that they are not very reliable. **Answer the following The update is I used it for just under a year, and it broke after less than 30 hours. There was a tear in the sleeve surrounding the extending tip. My guess is that it wouldn't have coped with what I was trying to do. You will need something that is significantly stronger and has 1/2" ends if you plan to mount an actuator on a garden tractor sleeve hitch to work with ground-engagement implements. A force of 20 pounds can simply not be achieved through any of the 1/4" holes or the locking clips.

An actuator that can move linearly
5/5

It was a very well-made product with a full complement of steel gears, well-lubricated, and properly fitted. They are well worth the money. Additionally, includes end limit switches that are properly wired to protect the travels at the end. The enclosure is made of robust steel and the mounting brackets are rigid. It is provided with one directional switch with well-labeled controls, but it is a little large and would probably be suited for a light industrial environment.

MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THE LENGTH YOU NEED TWICE
5/5

THE USE OF THIS APP DOES WORK THERE WAS A 3 POINT HITCH ON A GARDEN TRACTOR THAT I USE IT FOR. The switch that was sent was the wrong switch, so make sure that you order it with the switch that you need.

Everything you need is right here! There is no need for additional parts
4/5

Use this for deflecting snow from the chute of a snowblower with no need to worry about finding a switch or mounting hardware (they're all included).

A good value for heavy duty work
4/5

The engine is very loud under load and has a slight oil leak, but as far as build quality goes, it seems to be fine. Designed to be used on aquarium canopy lifts.

A fabulous product and a fantastic customer service
5/5

These guys are phenomenal. was unsure of how to handle a minor issue, and the staff talked me through it very patiently. My answers stayed with me throughout the entire conversation, no going back and forth over the same ones. An actuator of this quality is very well constructed, with steel gears, heavy wire, and Thank you for your service and look forward to years of wonderful.

This is a very good product! Please note that I am reiterating I used this actuator on a camping trailer I built to lift a telescoping tent system that almost weighs as much as the trailer
5/5

The tent system weighs about 150 pounds. I was The battery is only used for very short periods of time. Switches for up and down work well and are robust.
