How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

By entering your model number, you can make sure that this fits.
Heavy Duty - It can push and pull up to 330 pounds thanks to the alloy steel shaft and metal gears. It will be fantastic to use the actuator with our controller, which will allow you to control your actuactor in the forward direction.
Features - Aluminum alloy housing with an IP54 rating for dust, water, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use outdoors. If the motor is idling, the internal limit switch will automatically turn off.
Quiet is a word that comes to mind when I think of the word quiet. Stop at any point during the stroke with the built-in safety lock.
Overcurrent protection, overload protection, overvoltage protection, over-discharge protection, short circuit protection, and shock protection are all included in the safe category.
✔Quality Assurance - We Promise:✔100% money back guarantee If there is a problem with your item, simply contact us with your order ID, and we will respond within 24 hours with a full refund or replacement.

Questions & Answers

What is the diameter of the actuator's bolt hole?

The bolt hole on the actuator has a diameter of approximately 0. 28 inch. Thanks.

Is it necessary to reverse polarity when the unit reaches the limit switch in order for it to change direction?

Any DC motor will have to reverse at some point, and - to go in the opposite direction Simply go to Amazon and purchase a double pole, double throws switch. Look for a DC motor control switch that can handle at least 10 amps. Connect your power source to one end of the switch (which has two connections), then cross connect the /- with another wire. on the opposite side of the switch Then, using your actuator wires, connect them to the switch's two center terminals. You can look it up on the internet because it's very straightforward. Use a fuse between the power source and the circuit breaker. You'll save money on wires and switches if you do it this way. The actuator will run on one amp, but if you want to use the full force of these extremely powerful actuators, you'll need six amps, so use a ten-amp fuse.

What is the maximum number of actuators I can run on a single control switch? Is it possible to control seven units from a single remote? Please give me some advice. ?

Our actuator's input voltage is 12V DC, and the maximum load current is 3A. And it's a DC 8-channel controller. 30V, 0- 10A. As a result, it only applies to two actuators rather than seven. If you use a bigger 3*7A=21A controller, you'll be able to do it.

Is it possible to get a farm gate open with this?

Yes, I've been using this Actuator for several years, at least 20 times per day, and it's still going strong! It was well worth the money!

Failed! I bought two of these to use in the creation of automatic chicken coop doors
3/5

I finished the R D did a month of "bench testing," i. e. , but not in the coop, I placed the assembled unit outside. I needed to make sure it would open and close when the sun rose and set. from dawn to dusk The first went off without a hitch. Then I went ahead and installed the second one. On the first evening, when closing the door, the internal limit switch failed. The control relay, the voltage regulator, and the microprocessor were all fried as a result of this massive increase in current. The charge controller for the solar system is separate from the overall system controller. After all was said and done, this $50 actuator cost me around $700! It's not a good idea to purchase it. I contacted the company in hopes of receiving a replacement or at the very least receiving instructions on how to repair the limit switch. I have yet to receive a response from them. "Replacement within a year," the write-up says. " Three months ago, I purchased these. That's the end of their "guarantee. " " You will save time, money, and aggravation if you use this method. Invest in a higher-quality part. This isn't the case!.

For a snowblower shoot, this is perfect!   I had no idea it was for moving solar panels
4/5

It's a great substitute for the snowblower shoot we had planned. It's slow, as others have mentioned, but it's also very powerful, and I can see how, if not installed properly, it could twist and bend things very quickly, so do your homework before you start drilling holes. It receives four stars because it has yet to demonstrate its worth. After a year, I'll provide an update. I made a video on YouTube, and I'll try to post it here as well. If it holds up well, I'll buy a second one as a backup. Amazon is a fantastic company.

The door to the chickens
5/5

Worth it. The chicken coop door is opened in the morning and closed at night, thanks to a timer. Because the timer is connected to a smart plug / relay switch, we can control it with our phones. It's been doing this for over a year with no problems.

They have pressed powdered metal gears, which are better than plastic drive trains found in other models
4/5

They are not built from the highest quality parts, but I would say that they are built well enough for the price. However, because the lead screw carrier is made of plastic, it could fail at some point. I haven't put the rated weight capacity to the test yet, but it easily lifted 200 pounds in an informal test, and I like that it has internal limit switches on both the in and out strokes. The upper limit switch is mounted on a rail and can be fine-tuned in order to achieve the desired extended position. They appear to be a good deal right out of the box. The only way to find out is to wait.

This is truly magnificent! This has been reliably powering my duck coop door for over a year, through both summer and winter in New England
5/5

The only time I've had to pay attention to it was when it yanked the door's mounting screws out. It isn't quiet or quick, but it is sturdy and powerful. This book comes highly recommended. The ducks enjoy taking turns riding the door down as it opens, occasionally launching themselves off of it for a brief burst of air.

I bought this to put in my manual height adjustable desk, and the customer service was excellent
5/5

to make it into a height-adjustable electric desk For this application, it's ideal. It's fine if it's a little slow; it's a powerful weapon. It easily lifts a 65 x 30 solid wood desk top, two monitors, and everything else I have on my desk right now. br>The reason for the 5-star review, and I usually don't leave reviews, is that the first model I received had a problem. When I contacted the company, they promptly dispatched a replacement. The replacement is perfect. If the need arises, I will undoubtedly purchase from this company.

Due to a scheduling conflict, I had to return
3/5

I ran the actuator after receiving it and installing it in my installation, and with a load of about 200 pounds in line with the shaft, the actuator would back-up when the power was removed. (The load would begin to fall). The unit was advertised as being able to be installed in a push-style manner. br>Because this contradicted the product listing, I contacted the seller, who responded quickly, which I appreciated, and informed me that they are awaiting a response from the manufacturer. br>Well, after 11 days of waiting, I'm tired of hearing excuses for why it doesn't work the way it should. br>Had to return it and get a new one.
