There was no information on the student's grade in secondary school. For my purposes, it was not a problem. The axle collars were made from them.

According to the advertisement, the product is as described. An additional 1/2" hole in the middle of the ring is provided. It is rotated clockwise to tighten and counterclockwise to loosen the set screw.
The collar will not fall off if the set screw is tightened. It'd be a great product to buy again if I needed to hold wheels on an axle in the future.
On an old 446 Case tractor, I used these on a 1/2 inch stainless steel rod. It's a good product and an even better I received the product on time and it is as described. Provide a recommendation for this product and its.
As an alternative to less reliable methods of fixing a shaft in place (roll pins), I used these collars. I was pleased with how they worked.
I think these collars are very well made and a great value for the money.
The rubbermaid axle had a bad wheel and I had to retrofit a wheel to it.
It is absurd that neither the description nor any of the photos hint to the fact that the item is made in China. I purchased from an American seller who ships from America thinking I was getting an American product. If I had purchased, I would not have done so. This item was made in the United States, and it will look terrible when restored. We have learned from this experience.
All is well.
I was very happy with it.
