Product Description

The cap for 1" tubes is made of anodized aluminum and has two set screws on the inside of the cap

A diameter of 1-1/4" on the outside and a diameter of 1" on the inside as well as a height of 3/4"

Displays are flush mounted with this option.

There are two 1/4" set screws provided, each measuring 1-1/4" outside diameter by 1" inside diameter by 3/4" height.

Is the set screw the same size as the washer?

Having measured mine, the best I can tell is that they are metric set - A screw. The files are M4x0, according to my calculations. It was about 7x4mm in size, and I measured it to be about 3 inches. The 8mm band. The second category is A2. The recess is large enough for a 5mm allen wrench.

The elfa system would benefit from this part

Our elfa closet system had rods extending beyond the supports, and these end caps were used to cover them. With this technique, the hangers will not slide off [the plugs will not be effective for this] In order to increase sales, I suggest that the manufacturer send out an allen wrench with every order.
