When cutting one set of set screw holes, a little more care should have been taken

All the way through the coupler, I drilled the shaft hole to 1/8 inch. I tightened the set screw on one end and connected it to a dremel tool grinding stone on the other. I made a perfect extension for getting inside a gun magazine to remove a ruff spot using a 1/8 hardened wire stock from the hardware store.
