The inner diameter is 4 mm, dear customer. The cylinder has a 10mm outer diameter, a 10mm height, a 12mm overall height, and a 16mm distance between the opposite sides of the base. The chassis diameter is 22mm, and the height is 2mm. The fixing hole screw is M3, and the chassis diameter is 22mm.

For the 5mm model, what is the hole pattern's diameter (4 holes)? To put it another way, how far apart are the centers of two opposing holes?

Thank you for your inquiry. The diameter of the M5 chassis hole is 16mm, and the mounting screw is M3.

Too sloppy: first, the "M3" holes in the flange won't take an M3 thread

They're not wired in any way. Perhaps they are the appropriate size - in the middle of two 5mm and 3mm are the two most common thicknesses. If you were going to tap them yourself, this is how you'd do it. br>br>It wasn't too difficult to drill them out to a full 3mm. When I went to mount it, however, I discovered that the hole pattern was not quite square! It was also closer to 15 at that time. Overall, the pattern is 7mm smaller than the standard 16mm pattern. br>br>I think I found one that's close enough to put this prototype together out of the four, but if we make this design into a kit, I'll have to find this part somewhere else. br>br>Along the 5mm shaft, they tapped the holes for the set screws. They're a little looser than I'd like, but they'll hold together. Their grub screws and set screws appear to be in good condition. Even the included hex key appears to have been ground slightly to ensure that it can enter them. br>br>There were a lot of burrs, but I expected that based on the product photo, and I was prepared to clean them up myself.

I was looking for flanged shaft collars for a 3/8 inch shaft but couldn't find any at a reasonable price, so I bought these and simply increased the 8 millimeter bore to 3/8 inch

On my drill press, that was simple enough. The mounting screw holes on the flanges were also increased in size. It only took me 5 minutes to adjust all four pieces to my requirements. When some other sellers charge this much or more for a single piece, it's hard to go wrong with this set of four.
