The holes are 17mm (11/16") apart, and the holes themselves are three inches in diameter. 5mm or slightly more than 1/8"

The threads on the flange screw aren't what they seem

Although the flange screws are listed as 4MM, M4 screws fit too loosely and will not hold anything in place; Screws with M4 heads will simply pull; I ended- retaped the threads to a size of 8 This was the next most suitable option. Threading was a little difficult at first, but it was simple once you got the hang of it. enough to get the job done Check for this when they arrive and rework as needed, or return them if necessary. In general, I'm considering moving on to something else- time.
