Is it possible to get a confirmation on the size of the keyway?

It's designed for a 1/4" key, so the keyway dimensions are 1/8" high x 1/4" wide, and the 1" shaft you use should have the same keyway dimensions as well.

RC 100 Climax Parts What size keyway does this have? kw4h@90 mild steel ?

I believe it is a quarter-inch, but I did not purchase it for the keyway.

Is this for a single collar or a set of two?

There is only one coupler included.

It was a high-quality part with well-made good allen head screws that were exactly what I needed

In case this sleeve needs to come apart later, I recommend coating the screw threads and the inside of the sleeve with never seize.

The key and shaft are held in place by two set screws on each end

A 1 inch shaft could not be used because the bore was too small

They are exactly as described, the fit is perfect, the set screws are very strong and sturdy, you will not strip them or have them work loose, they are heavy steel, and I am very happy with them. I've only used them for 300rpm max applications and haven't tried them at higher rpms, but they're all perfect out of the four I bought.
